Our mission is to create seamless, safe, and memorable travel experiences. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using our services. These terms form a legal agreement between you (the traveler) and Go Weekend Tour and Travel.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or confirming your booking, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Website Usage Policy
Our website is intended for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use, such as content scraping, hacking, or any activity that disrupts website operations, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
3. Travel Destinations & Regional Guidelines
Jammu & Kashmir Travel Advisory
- Travel in Jammu & Kashmir, including popular destinations like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Srinagar, is subject to local union vehicle regulations. Travelers may be required to switch to union-approved cabs at certain points.
- Weather, military regulations, and permits (especially near sensitive border areas) can affect your itinerary. We assist with arrangements but some restrictions apply.
- Additional activities such as shikara rides, pony rides, cable car rides, and union cab services are generally excluded from base packages unless specified.
Himachal Pradesh Travel Advisory
- Journeys through scenic routes like Rohtang Pass, Spiti Valley, Kinnaur, and others depend heavily on weather and road conditions.
- Permit requirements for protected areas (e.g., Rohtang Pass) are the traveler’s responsibility. We provide guidance but do not guarantee permit approval.
- In snow zones (e.g., Manali during winter), use of chain vehicles, snow gear, or alternate transport may incur additional costs.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions Policy
To avoid disputes, all included services are clearly listed at booking. Services not explicitly mentioned under Package Inclusions are excluded.
Included Services
- Hotel accommodation per chosen category
- Transfers and sightseeing by specified vehicle
- Toll, parking, and driver allowance
- Pickup and drop at designated locations
Exclusions (Unless Specified)
- Airfare, train tickets, or bus fare
- Local union cabs (Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg)
- Adventure activities: pony rides, rafting, paragliding, cable car, yak rides
- Entrance tickets, meals unless specified
- Room heaters, personal expenses, medical insurance
- Permits, adventure gear, snow vehicle hires
Note: Disputes related to services not included in the package will not be entertained.
5. Booking Confirmation & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after advance or full payment and submission of required personal details.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash as per invoice instructions.
- Booking confirmation and invoice with details will be sent upon successful payment.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Within 24 hours of booking (10+ days before travel), you receive 100% refund.
- 45+ days before departure: 90% refund
- 30–44 days: 75% refund
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- 7–14 days: 25% refund
- 0–6 days: 10% refund
Travel Credit Option: For cancellations within 14 days, a Travel Credit Voucher valid for 12 months with 20% deduction may be offered instead of a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Non-refundable components like flights, permits, or non-cancellable hotel bookings are excluded.
7. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to alter your itinerary due to:
- Weather-related disruptions (landslides, snowfall, road closures)
- Political unrest, strikes, curfews, or safety concerns
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen emergencies
In such events, we will provide the best possible alternative or partial refund. No compensation will be given for delays caused by force majeure.
8. Travel Documents & Permits
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times during travel.
- Where required (Leh, Rohtang, border zones), travelers must obtain necessary permits. We assist with guidance but do not guarantee permit approvals.
9. Luggage & Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings. Please ensure the safety of your valuables throughout your journey.
10. Health & Safety
- All travelers must disclose any medical conditions in advance.
- Participation in high-altitude or adventure activities may be restricted for safety reasons.
- Pregnant women, infants, and elderly travelers should consult their physician before traveling to high-altitude areas.
11. Discipline & Conduct
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, abusive language, and drug use during travel are strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
- Adherence to schedules and group timings is mandatory to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
12. Photography & Media
During tours, we may capture photos and videos for promotional use. By booking with us, you consent to the use of any media containing your likeness without compensation.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- Report any issues during the tour or within 3 days of completion for prompt resolution.
- Only written confirmations will be accepted for disputes; verbal promises are non-binding.
- All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
